Basic Information

Blue Shirts

The Blue Shirt Uniform is worn by trainers who have completed the Sports Medicine I class and are now level II athletic trainers or higher. The basic blue shirt has patches identifying last name, grad year, Trainer ID, squad name and rank or leadership role. This Uniform is to be worn with a blue undershirt, tucked into EMS pants worn with a solid dark colored belt (weave or leather). During cooler temperatures a black, white or navy blue solid colored long sleeve shirt may be worn under the blue shirt. Closed toed shoes are mandatory in all uniforms.

Black Shirts

The Black Shirt Uniform is worn by trainers who are currently in the Sports Medicine one class and are level 1 student athletic trainers. The basic black shirt displays the Sports Medicine patch and a patch identifying the trainer’s unit. This Uniform is to be worn tucked into black or dark navy blue EMS pants worn with a solid dark-colored belt (weave or leather). During cooler temperatures, a black, white, or navy blue solid-colored long-sleeve shirt may be worn under the blue shirt. Closed-toed shoes are mandatory in all uniforms.
